Flows replace the older Privy Automations product. - A **Segment** is a group of contacts selected by attributes, behavior, purchase history, or engagement. - An **SMS message segment** is a carrier billing unit based on message length and content. It is different from a contact Segment. - A **mailable contact** can receive marketing email under Privy's contact and consent rules. Public email pricing is based on the number of mailable contacts. - An **SMS credit** is a billing unit consumed when Privy sends an SMS or MMS message.
