Marketing Manager

Now we're looking for an awesome marketer to help us grow our audience, tell our story, drive adoption, and build partner relationships using new and traditional techniques to educate customers, tell our story, and help us continue our rapid growth. 

Who we're looking for:

  • You have at least 4-6 years marketing experience in a fast growing business, ideally with exposure to partner and/or product marketing.

  • You’re scrappy. You aren’t just an order taker; you have ideas and the initiative and ability to act on them.

  • You understand and have a passion for online marketing, ecommerce, and SMBs.

  • You love taking complex concepts and making them accessible to even the most basic user.

  • You’re not afraid to take risks and get outside of your comfort zone.

  • You like being an advocate for your brand and building relationships with partners, prospects, and influencers across the web.

  • You have exceptional written and oral communications skills.

  • You’re an exceptional collaborator who can take an idea and build it into a full blown marketing program.

  • You love learning and measuring so you can do it better next time.

  • You’re comfortable using Google Analytics and other measurement tools.


  • You’ll be in charge of creating and promoting all different types of impactful written and visual content for our blog, website, and social channels.  

  • You’ll own our email marketing program to engage, upsell, and educate customers.

  • You'll help drive launches and adoption of new features, products, and integrations using new and traditional methods like email, PR, and social media

  • You'll become an expert on the Privy platform and work with the sales, customer success, and marketing to develop customer facing resources that are both entertaining and educational

  • You'll speak as a brand ambassador in partner communities and groups like Shopify forums, BigCommerce forums, and Facebook groups.

  • You'll work with marketing teams at partner organizations to get exposure for Privy's products and thought leadership.

  • You'll convince us to do things we've never done before that increase customer acquisition and/or reduce churn.

  • You'll stay on top of ecommerce trends and changes in the competitive landscape, and communicate why they matter internally and externally.
