Convert plan pricing is based on monthly traffic and starts at $24/month for up to 10,000 monthly pageviews. A pageview is an instance of a page being loaded in a browser. A Privy pageview is registered each time a page containing your Privy code is loaded on your site. This means that if a single visitor browses 5 pages on your site during their visit, this will be counted as 5 pageviews. At the start of each billing cycle, your pageview count “resets” and only counts pageviews that occur within that particular billing cycle. Depending on your monthly traffic, you can select the Convert plan that best matches your needs.

If you are on the Starter Plan or the Growth Plan then you won't have a sending limit. Privy email customers can send an unlimited number of emails regardless of how much your plan costs. If you are in a free 15 day trial of Privy, you will have a 100 emails per day sending limit. When you upgrade to the Starter or Growth plan after your 15 day trial you will not have a sending limit.

If you upgrade to a Convert plan after your 15 day trial you will not have access to email campaigns or automations. With Privy Convert, you are able to activate one after signup email per display with no sending limits.

When an account reaches the contact limit of one of its Privy plans, if you are paying with a credit card, you'll automatically be upgraded to the next tier, which will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Conversely, if the account drops below a previous contact limit, you'll automatically be moved to a lower tier. No notification is sent, and no action is required from the account owner.

The number of texts included in your Growth plan per month is limited to a 6X multiplier of however many textable contacts you have. For example, if you have 500 textable contacts, you’ll be able to send up to 3,000 texts per month. If you send more text messages than are included in your plan in a given month, you will be charged at the tier that corresponds with your total number of text sent for that billing cycle.

Yes. Privy integrates with most other email service providers and allows you to import contacts directly into your Privy account. You can also upload a CSV file of your contacts to Privy. If you are on a Convert plan, you can also sync email contacts collected through Privy to your email service provider. 

No. Your textable contacts must provide their phone number to you via a Privy popup or onsite display in order for you to text them with Privy Text.
